What we do.

The purpose of the CFDC is to encourage and promote the welfare of dogs, and to protect and advance the interest of dogs and persons connected with dogs.  The CFDC accomplishes this by promoting communication between member clubs, supporting a lobbyist, and keeping member clubs informed about legislative activities.

Why you need us.

We pro-actively mobilize as an organization so that we are prepared to act on legislation which affects our dogs and our ability to enjoy our dogs.  As a group we represent the best, most experienced, and largest number of dog owners and breeders in Colorado.

Because of our experience and the number of dog owners that we represent we can be a persuasive force to our legislators.  WE are here to promote common sense for canine laws.

Why we need you.

Strength in numbers.  We need your club's participation to help support our lobbying efforts, to obtain your club's unique input on canine legislation, and to create a larger base for grass roots action.  With your club we can be a significant force in keeping Colorado a great place to live with our dogs.  Won't you join or renew with us today?
